Grade School Religious Education
(Grades K-6)
Building a community of faith and inspiring Christian service.
Blessed Sacrament is going to offer a pilot program for Kindergarten students in public schools this year(2021-2022) for their religious education. Catechesis of the Good Shepherd is a Montessori based religious education formation model for younger students. It is rooted in Sacred Scripture and the Liturgy.
Grade School Faith Formation at Blessed Sacrament Parish includes all students in grades 1-6 currently enrolled in public schools in Morton and the surrounding school districts. It is the mission of the Religious Education Department to cultivate within each child a relationship with Christ forming disciples who:
Encounter the Lord in the Blessed Sacrament
Love the Lord through Worship
Bring Christ to others through joyful service
