2023 Annual Diocesan Appeal (ADA) Weekend - September 9-10, 2023.

This is your opportunity to help the Catholic Diocese of Peoria raise necessary funds for many ministries and apostolates that we as a single parish cannot offer. Parishioners should have recently received a mailing asking for a pledge to support the Appeal. Please prayerfully consider making a pledge over eight months or a one time gift and help us reach our ADA goal of $126,969. Additional pledge cards are available on the information desk in the gathering space of the church or in the parish office. Thank you for your support of this appeal!

OUR MISSION at Blessed Sacrament Church

To be formed as disciples who encounter the Lord in the Blessed Sacrament, love the Lord through worship, and bring Christ to others through joyful service.

Thank you for visiting our Blessed Sacrament website. We are a thriving community of disciples in love with Jesus Christ and His Catholic Church. We would love to walk with you and your family in the sacraments, prayer, the teaching of the apostles and in fellowship. If we can be of help to you on that journey from this world toward our true home in heaven, please reach out for any support or questions. If you are interested in joining us at Blessed Sacrament, please fill out the registration form, so we can welcome you. My prayers and gratitude are with you and may God bless you.

Father Adam Cesarek, Pastor
